Do you ship internationally?
International shipping services are currently not offered - but only temporarily! We're working diligently to confirm best-in-class international shipping rates and policies related to duties and taxes. For those of you not in the US, we want you to receive your merchandise in a way that's as seamless and cost-efficient as possible. This is a BIG priority of ours, so we appreciate your patience.

Where's my order?

After your order has shipped, you'll receive an email confirmation with the tracking number. Please note that your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to become active.
My tracking # hasn’t updated in a couple days. What’s going on?
Your tracking number may take 1-2 business days to update from pre-shipment status.
Orders are eligible for return within 14 days of receiving your delivery if unworn, unwashed, undamaged, with tags attached and in original packaging in the same condition you received them. A quick try-on is fine, of course - but we can't responsibly accept returns for items that have been worn beyond that.
Returns sent back without prior authorization will incur a $5 fee, which will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

- Reason for the return (we really do take feedback to heart and can help with suggestions!)
- Refund or exchange
For eligible returns if error occurred on our end, we'll email a prepaid shipping label to print and paste on original package - please include a copy of the packing slip and your order number inside the return. When returning on your own USPS is suggested.
- After we receive your returned package, note that it can take 5-7 days to fully process your return. Once processed (and assuming the returned items meet the conditions of an eligible return), we’ll email you with your notification of a refund. Please allow 10-15 business days to see refunds reflected on your credit card statement (Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for items returned, other than for faulty items.)
Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (item price excluding original shipping cost).
*Authentic Lifestyle Clothing cannot be held liable for the loss of packages being returned. We recommend using a registered post service (USPS recommended) to return orders, and keeping a record of the tracking details

- If you see an item that is not offered in your size please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can assist you with special ordering which extends the processing time and may incur an additional fee.
